This is a hexagonal muffler design constructed from lightweight titanium with a carbon fiber outer sleeve, end cap, and heat shield. The distinctive sound of Akrapovič has a deeper tone. Entry-level exhaust trim offers improved torque and power throughout the rev range. The muffler is smaller than the original for a more striking and sporty look and weighs approximately 40% less than the standard exhaust. It is EC and ECE compliant, there is no need for reassignment, and it has a simple plug-and-play installation.
There are optional manifolds to improve torque and power in the mid and high range of the power curve. If used with optional manifolds, reassignment is required.
