Titanium Gunshot Dark Matter / Titanium Tri Cone Complete System

for Aprilia RS660 and Tuono 660 our R&D department has designed a complete exhaust system

Lightness, sound, design and high power level have been the 4 guidelines followed for the development of this authentic Superbike exhaust.

The pipe is made of TIG-welded AISI 304 stainless steel.

The manifolds are 42mm in diameter with two machined sockets where the O2 sensors are connected. A 2-in-1 link pipe located under the engine connects the manifolds to the central catalytic converter housing, with this the system meets euro5 standards.

A RACING intermediate tube is also available to make the bike more fluid and achieve the best performance.

the final link tube has a 52mm diameter and a carbon fiber heat shield, designed and produced by our QD COMPOSIT department, protects the rider's boot from heat.

The silencer is available in two different versions.

The outer tube of the muffler is made of titanium made with a high temperature resistant ceramic coating, the end cap is made of carbon fiber which together with the titanium features make the muffler the lightest in its class. The GP Style grill hides the dB killer which can be easily removed while keeping the grill. To further embellish the muffler there is a new aluminum plate.

Otherwise, it is possible to mount our distinctive Magnum series Tri Cone muffler with thermo-injected magnesium end cap and titanium body, also with removable dB killer.
